Mr. Macik focuses his practice on a wide range of litigation matters, including but not limited to: automotive and supply chain disputes, business ownership/oppression disputes, and sales representative commission disputes.
Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Mr. Macik represented clients in litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Oklahoma, California, Maryland, Florida and Massachusetts. He is a former professional football player with the Detroit Lions and has experience as a small business/franchise owner.
Mr. Macik received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 and his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
