I am a corporate business attorney who draws on my financial and tax skills to advise clients on their transactions.

Nolan concentrates his practice in the areas of business transactions, corporate matters, and tax law, including mergers and acquisitions; entity reorganizations; commercial lending; real estate; and federal, state, and local tax matters. He has experience with buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions; tax free reorganizations; large corporate and state tax projects; tax planning for businesses and individuals; and a variety of general business matters for public companies, closely held businesses, and large private entities. Additionally, Nolan serves as the outside general counsel for numerous businesses assisting them with day-to-day issues.
