Royal Oak, Michigan, February 25, 2010: Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC is pleased to announce that Scott C. Frost, Daniel S. Rubin and Donna Rizzuto have joined the firm. They will practice out of the firm’s Chicago Office.

Mr. Frost concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law with a focus on insolvency and financial restructurings. He has extensive experience in complex insolvency, commercial law and financial restructurings on behalf of financial institutions. His litigation practice includes representing creditors in commercial proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Courts, Illinois state and federal courts and in various appellate courts.

Mr. Frost received his B.A. from Emory University in 1987 and his J.D. from Washington College of Law of American University in 1990.

Mr. Frost is a member of the Chicago Bar Association (Committee on Bankruptcy and Reorganization) and the Commercial Law League. He was named to Illinois Super Lawyers® 2008 - 2010.

Mr. Rubin concentrates his practice on business and financial reorganizations, commercial and real estate litigation, and secured lending and insolvency litigation.

Mr. Rubin is a graduate of Northwestern (M.S. and B.S., 1999) and Loyola University – Chicago School of Law (J.D., 2007).

Mr. Rubin is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Rizzuto concentrates her practice in the areas of civil, commercial, banking and business litigation as well as construction law and insurance defense.

Ms. Rizzuto received her B.A. from Purdue University in 1989 and her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1995. She is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois as well as the Supreme Court of Illinois, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Supreme Court of Indiana. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Advocates Society.
