Mr. Gochnour concentrates his practice the areas of business law, commercial litigation and construction law.  He received his B.S. from the University of Nevada , Reno in 1992 and his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997.

Mr. Gochnour is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He is a member of the Nevada Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association and the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry.  Mr. Gochnour is the co-author of the Nevada materials for the Lienlawonline.com and the Nevada chapter of the State Public Construction Law Source Book.  He has also lectured on construction law and mechanics' lien law for various organizations, including the Nevada State Contractors Board.
