![]() Ms. Padley concentrates her practice in environmental law with particular emphasis on real property transactions, brownfield redevelopment, and state and federal enforcements. Ms. Padley received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. She is a member of the Oakland County and American Bar Associations as well as the State Bar of Michigan and its Environmental, Real Property, Probate and Trust sections. Ms. Padley has been a faculty member of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, Executive Enterprises Inc., Government Institutes Division of ABS Group and an associate member of the graduate faculty at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She is a member of the Environmental Subcommittee of the State Bar Real Property Section and frequently lectures on environmental issues.
