![]() Mr. Graham's areas of practice include commercial litigation, ERISA litigation and federal criminal defense. He is involved in all aspects of multi-employer plan litigation, including claims regarding fiduciary liability and plan enforcement. Mr. Graham represents several Taft-Hartley employee benefit and welfare plans in the construction industry. He graduated from Kalamazoo College in 1977 and from the John Marshall Law School in 1981. He was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1981 and in Michigan in 1988. Mr. Graham previously worked for the Special Prosecutions Division of the Illinois Attorney General's Office, specializing in capital prosecutions and Illinois Supreme Court practice. He has argued more than twenty cases in the Illinois Supreme Court and thirty cases before United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Graham is a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, and the United States Court of Claims. He has lectured at programs conducted by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and has taught courses in trial and appellate practice as an adjunct professor at the Loyola University School of Law.
