Mr. Stern concentrates his practice in real estate, corporate, banking and corporate finance law. He has significant experience handling complex real estate transactions, including commercial lease negotiations, acquisition and development transactions and construction projects. Mr. Stern has also substantial experience representing banks and other financial institutions in real estate, construction and commercial lending transactions. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in 1988 and received a J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1991. He was a case and comment editor of the University of Detroit Law Review and authored a note regarding zoning and land use restrictions.

Mr. Stern is admitted to practice in all courts in Michigan as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and its Real Estate and Business Law Sections, the American Bar and Oakland County Bar Associations.
