Mr. Graziani's principal areas of practice include litigation, insurance coverage and defense, products liability, alternative dispute resolution and environmental law.  Mr. Graziani has specialized in the handling and management of complex insurance coverage and toxic tort cases for over twenty years.  He represents and counsels insurance companies involving coverage issues such as construction defects, general liability (primary and excess), first party property, employers liability, personal lines, errors and omissions, bad faith and professional liability.  He has represented manufacturers, distributors, retailers and installers in products liability cases, and has served as national, regional and state counsel for these matters.  Mr. Graziani is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit and has been admitted pro hac vice in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Florida.

Mr. Graziani is a graduate of the General Motors Institute (Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, 1972) and the University of Detroit School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1975).  He has also completed the requisite courses and evaluations to become a certified mediator in the State of Michigan. 

Mr. Graziani is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation, Tort and Insurance Practice, Products Liability, Dispute Resolution and Environmental Sections); State Bar of Michigan (Insurance, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Environmental and Negligence Sections); Society of Automotive Engineers; Environmental Law Institute; Defense Research Institute; Michigan Defense Trial Counsel; AIDA Reinsurance & Insurance Arbitration Society; and the Italian American Bar Association.  He is also active in community affairs, Special Olympics and is the elected Township Clerk for Grosse Pointe Shores.
