![]() Mr. Miettinen concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures (domestic and international), corporate, partnership law, real estate, health care, business law, commercial law, contracts and finance law. He received a Bachelor of Arts, with high distinction, in 1981 from Wayne State University and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. Mr. Miettinen earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 1985 from Wayne State University Law School and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He was also a Senior Associate Editor for the Wayne Law Review from 1983 to 1984. Mr. Miettinen is an Oakland County SCAO Approved Civil Mediator. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1985 and is a member of its sections on Business Law, Real Property Law and Antitrust. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and its section on Business Law.
