Mr. Fawaz concentrates his practice in litigation.  He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2002 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2005 where he was a member of the Moot Court and Advocacy Board. In his final year, Mr. Fawaz led his Moot Court team to a national victory at the Fordham Kaufman Securities Law Competition.  Prior to joining Howard and Howard, Mr. Fawaz worked as an appellate and litigation attorney for a mid-sized Oakland county firm.

Mr. Fawaz is licensed in Michigan and Illinois .  He is also admitted to the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the Court of Appeals for the 6^th Circuit.  Mr. Fawaz is fluent in Arabic and Spanish.
