Mr. Woodworth practices in the areas of commercial, construction and creditors' rights litigation.  He has experience in intellectual property litigation including obtaining injunctions barring the distribution of counterfeit merchandise as well as other patent, trademark and trade secret issues.  Mr. Woodworth has also been involved in condemnation actions and has defended constitutional challenges to ordinances both on behalf of municipalities and individuals.

Mr. Woodworth received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan in 1999 and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 2002, where he earned the Ira Spoon Award, was a finalist in the Student Trial Advocacy Program and was a member of the Law Review.  While attending law school, Mr. Woodworth was a law clerk with Ford Motor Credit Company.  He was also a loan officer at Motor City Co-op Credit Union for six years.  Mr. Woodworth is admitted to practice in Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
