![]() Ms. Dirkes concentrates her practice in commercial litigation. She has over 14 years of litigation experience, including cases involving contracts, construction and business disputes. Ms. Dirkes graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and from Wayne State University Law School with a Juris Doctor, cum laude. She is the author of several articles, including co-authorships of "Daubert Is Now the Rule," (January 2001) and "Where's The Defect?" (October 1999), both published in the IADC Advisory Practice & Procedure Committee Newsletter, as well as co-authoring the Michigan Chapter of Fifty State Construction Lien and Bond Law (1999). Ms. Dirkes is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. She also is a member of the alumni associations of the University of Michigan and Wayne State University.
