![]() Mr. Peyser concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, environmental law, complex insurance coverage, negligence, personal injury, police misconduct, products liability and toxic torts. He has specialized in the handling and management of complex insurance coverage and toxic tort matters, as well as counseling insurance companies involving coverage issues for over 23 years. Mr. Peyser received a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in 1977 and a Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law in 1983. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1983, as well as the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. Mr. Peyser is a member of the Detroit and American Bar Associations and its sections on Environmental Law, Products Liability, Litigation, Tort and Insurance Practice. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Environmental and Negligence Sections), the Association of Defense Trial Counsel, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, Defense Research Institute and an associate member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Peyser is a mediator for the Wayne County Mediation Tribunal and a court approved facilitator for the 3rd, 6th and 16th Circuit Courts for the State of Michigan.
