Mr. Hulliberger concentrates his practice in patent, trademark and copyright law with a particular emphasis in chemical, computer and mechanical technologies. Mr. Hulliberger is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Hulliberger received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University in 1999 and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2003.
During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Hulliberger worked with various automotive manufacturers studying fluid dynamics in a Turbulent Shear Flows Laboratory at Michigan State University. Additionally, Mr. Hulliberger worked with various aircraft manufacturers, including Boeing and the United States Air Force, focusing on the manufacture of composite components.
While in law school, Mr. Hulliberger interned for the Honorable Gerald E. Rosen in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He was also an intern in Howard & Howard's intellectual property law internship program from 1999 to May of 2004. Since 1999, Mr. Hulliberger has been drafting patent applications for various technologies including chemical compositions, chemical processes, computer hardware, electrical systems, business methods and mechanical devices.
