![]() Mr. Logan's areas of practice include corporate law, commercial transactions, real property and employment law. Prior to joining Howard & Howard, he was assistant general counsel at Enthone, Inc., where he drafted and negotiated various agreements, including commercial, non-disclosure, agent/distributorship and joint development agreements. Mr. Logan also counseled and advised management and the human resources director in employment matters, including pre-employment, civil rights, wrongful discharge and termination. He also assisted corporate executives in obtaining travel visas in the United States and abroad, as well as managed and directed outside counsel in litigation matters. Mr. Logan received a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University Chicago in 1992, where his honors include membership in Phi Alpha Theta (History Honors Society) and the Dean's List for four years. Mr. Logan obtained his Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1998 and was on the Academic Dean's List as well as a semi-finalist in the Oral Advocacy/Brief Writing Competition. Mr. Logan was a research intern for the Honorable Robert C. Anderson, Judge of the Oakland County Circuit Court in 1995 and 1998. Mr. Logan is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
