Ms. Mullins concentrates her practice the areas of construction law, probate, estate planning, business planning, corporate law, contracts, real estate and commercial litigation.  She received her B.A. from the University of Nevada , Las Vegas in 1984 and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1987.

Ms. Mullins was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1987.  She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Ms. Mullins is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
