Mr. Peck's experience is concentrated in corporate law, facilitation and dispute resolution and commercial litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1977 and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 1980. While in law school, Mr. Peck was a member of The Order of Barristers and was a brief writer for the Wayne Moot Court National Team from 1979 to 1980. He was also a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Book Award for Criminal Law in 1978 as well as the founder and president of Wayne International Law Society from 1978-1980. Mr. Peck was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1980. He is a member of the Detroit and American Bar Associations and its sections on International Law and Business Law. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor Law Section and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
